During your free consultation, we will do our best to give you a close estimate of the total time and cost of your project. Because some spaces need a lot of tough love and others only need a little touch-up, we charge by the total amount of time spent on each project rounded to the nearest half hour. Prices for energy clearing start at 55/room, real estate photos start at 85/hr, decluttering and organization start at 75/hr, and home staging starts at 95/hr. There are discounted rates for combined services and return customers. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to accommodate you!
Not necessarily, although they usually help! We will do our best to use bins or items you already own to organize your space but, if others are needed, we will let you know and give recommendations of other items that could help. Then it's up to you to decide what you want in your home!
No. Our travel time is included in the price of the service.
No. Although we will lightly dust and vacuum the area we are working with, we are not a house cleaning company. But rest assured we will leave your home lighter and brighter than we found it.
Currently, we accept payment via PayPal or Venmo.
Yes. There is a $100 non-refundable deposit due 48 hours before your scheduled service.
DECLUTTER + ORGANIZATION Yes. We need your knowledge of what items are special, significant, or frequently used and we need your help sorting through all of your belongings. When the project is finished, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with the feeling and organization of your new space!
REAL ESTATE PHOTOS No. We just need to be able to access the property and all of the areas you want photographed.
STAGING No. We just need to be able to get into the property and all of the areas you want staged.
ENERGY CLEARING No. We just need to be able to get into the property and areas you want cleared. We can also perform these services virtually.
Yes. There is a 3-hour minimum for all photographing, organizing, and staging services, although most projects take between 4-8 hours.
We love staging homes and getting them real estate-ready! Our process is simple. We always start by optimizing the furniture and decor that is already in the home. Rearranging it as necessary, removing personalized items from the rooms and walls, and doing a quick cleaning by dusting, wiping surfaces, and vacuuming. Then, we'll bring in a few finishing touches like mirrors, antique books, or flowers to make each room look and feel amazing!
Yes. Although we are not professional photographers, we have taken many real estate photos using the latest iPhones and photo editing software. For this reason, we can offer this service to you at a much lower price than what other photographers regularly charge. You won't even believe how similar the photos turn out! Contact us and receive a 10% discount when you add a photography package to your staging service.
